Our commitment to health & safety & what to know before coming in
Things are going to look a little different at the spa, as we are committed to your health and safety as well as our staff’s. We are following guidance from the CDC and DORA closely and have restructured our protocols. We are confident that we meet the requirements for a safe reopening, but we also need your help. If you are symptomatic or simply feel unwell, please cancel your appointment or reschedule 14 days out. Likewise, our staff has been instructed to refrain from coming in if they are not feeling well. We thank you for your shared effort and promise to uphold all necessary safety practices.
Reduced Capacity and Physical Distancing
For our initial reopening we will work with a modified schedule at 50% capacity, with staggered appointment times to accommodate physical distancing recommendations. Masks will be required at all times.
Our current schedule:
- Tuesday 11:00-7:00 and Wednesday 10:00-5:00: Esthetics only, with Jen T.
- Thursday-Sunday 9:00-7:00: Massage, Esthetics, and Nails
Thursday-Sunday 10:00-6:00 will be the best time to contact guest relations. Maintaining new safety measures will be our top priority, and we will do our best to make sure any voicemails are answered by end of day or early next morning. We thank you for your understanding as we work with a newly modified schedule and staff. As always, if your favorite day or service provider isn’t available quite yet, we will take your name and number and contact you as soon as things change.
Checking In & Other Safety Measures
Upon arrival, we ask that guests wait outside the door to check in. We will have a short questionnaire and a touchless thermometer to record temp before each service. No walk-in services or purchases will be accepted at this time. Lockers and relaxation room are closed (restroom is open). Each service provider is allotted a full 25 minutes between services to thoroughly sanitize.
